My alarm didn’t ring (properly)
- Check that Quet is allowed to set alarms: Settings → Quet → Alarms. Without that permission, your alarm becomes a plain notification, which only buzzes when your phone is on silent.
- Test your alarm in Quet: Alarm → Test your alarm. A real alarm goes off after 10 seconds.
- Check the Ringtone and Alerts volume in Settings → Sounds & Haptics.
My apps weren’t blocked
- Check that Quet can use Screen Time: Settings → Screen Time → Apps with Screen Time Access.
- Apps under Screen Time → Always Allowed stay open. Remove apps you do want locked. The Phone app is always available.
I woke up before my alarm
On Today, tap I’m already awake. Your alarm won’t go off anymore, and your phone-free time starts right away.
Cancel or change your subscription
In Quet, go to Settings → Manage subscription, or on your iPhone to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period and it won’t renew. During your free month, you get a reminder 7, 3 and 1 day before it ends.
Restore purchases
New phone or reinstalled the app? Tap Restore purchases on the subscription page. Your subscription belongs to your Apple ID.
New iPhone
Your history and settings come back automatically from your own iCloud when you’re signed in with the same Apple ID. Quet then asks again for permission for alarms and Screen Time. If you use Choose yourself for blocking, pick your apps again: Apple ties that choice to your device.
